Job summary

My Integrity Counseling seeks a part-time Mental Health Counselor for a remote role based in Ohio. You will conduct individual and family counseling, perform intake assessments, and create personalized treatment plans for weekly caseload of 10 to 15 clients, supporting diverse adults and adolescents with anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Mental Health and Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-informed practices in a counseling setting.
• Skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management to develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.
• Experience or training in Relationship Counseling, including work with couples, families, and adolescents.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with a client-centered and trauma-informed approach.
• Ability to maintain clear, timely clinical documentation and use electronic health record systems effectively.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of client care.
