Job summary

Parexel is seeking a scientifically driven professional to support global clinical research programs by reviewing, interpreting, and negotiating genetic and biomarker informed consent language. This role ensures biospecimens and patient data are used in accordance with participant consent while partnering with leading pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.

This is a full-time, fully remote position embedded within the partnership. Client team works EST hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
• 5+ years of global genetic and biomarker consent experience.
• Background in clinical trials, genetics, biomarkers, biobanking, or biospecimen management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret informed consent language for biospecimens and data use.
• Negotiate and manage genetic and biomarker consent requirements.
• Resolve complex consent and compliance questions with global stakeholders.
• Support high-impact clinical research and precision medicine initiatives.
