We are currently seeking a Remote Transition Tower Lead - Account Management to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

The Transition Tower Lead is the subject matter expert responsible for project management activities required to transition deals of varying sizes for Digital Workplace Services, including Service Desk, Field Services, or Endpoint Management. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  1. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and delivering them during Project Planning and Project Initiation Workshops to the customer and other towers.
  2. Revising project plans, completing activities, and managing continuous follow-up to meet scheduled milestones.
  3. Gathering and documenting discovery information from the customer through presentations, interviews, and conference calls.
  4. Analyzing discovery information and developing gap analysis and Pareto charts to identify, track, and close risks, issues, and assumptions.
  5. Reviewing SLAs and contracted obligations from the contract and cost model to identify gaps.
  6. Creating Visio diagrams of the tower/business unit process flows.
  7. Writing hand-off documents, including Standard Operating Procedures, Service Matrix, and Operations Manuals.
  8. Documenting and conducting User Acceptance Testing prior to AOS.
  9. Working closely with Service Management and preparing ITSM workbooks for the tower.
  10. Conducting weekly meetings with business units, transition stakeholders, and support partners.
  11. Recommending and driving analysis and solutions for problems.
  12. Monitoring and controlling work to ensure the project remains on track and in control.
  13. Interfacing and communicating with the project team and management.
  14. Communicating project status and RAID updates with the transition team and customer contacts.
  15. Escalating unresolved RAID items to senior and executive leadership.
