Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong business development, strategic marketing and data analysis skills.
• Solid Transfusion Medicine market knowledge.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategies into executable plans.
• Ability to deliver results in a highly independent and fast-paced team.
• Commercial acumen and ability to uncover business issues and propose improvements.
• Manages complex sales cycles internally and externally.
• Ability to analyze financial data and develop logical strategies.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of ethics and professionalism.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship at this time.
• Travel up to 70% domestic.

Responsibilities

• Converts competitive/new customer accounts and closes opportunities.
• Acts as subject matter expert for competitive instrumentation.
• Drives Transfusion Medicine instrument placements within territory.
• Develops and executes strategic territory plans to meet quotas.
• Teaming with Account Managers, Technical Specialists and Strategic Account Executives as needed.
• Provides timely sales forecasts and CRM updates; coordinates with Marketing.
