Job summary

Remote Legal is hiring a Production Specialist to ensure transcripts and work products are complete, accurate, and delivered on time. You will final-check transcripts and convert them into client-requested formats, coordinating with Production and Assignment teams to keep orders on schedule.

You will perform quality checks, adhere to SOPs, and comply with jurisdiction rules, while delivering strong client service via CRM and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Salesforce or YesLaw is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and client-focused communication.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Teams and CRM platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple transcripts and file formats.
• Experience with converting transcripts to client-requested formats.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver final transcript packages within timelines, ensuring accuracy.
• Produce client-requested outputs (PDF, Word, text, indexes, attachments) per procedures.
• Perform quality control checks prior to delivery using SOPs.
• Follow SOPs and checklists to ensure compliant deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with jurisdiction-specific rules.
• Respond to client inquiries via CRM and provide excellent service.
