Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Service Excellence Associate for a remote US-based role. You will lead external training sessions for multiple product offerings and facilitate virtual classes.

The role includes assisting in the development of new training content and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure materials are accurate and relevant. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of experience delivering adult training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience considered.
• Minimum of two years' experience delivering training curriculum for adult learners, in a process or project related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and video platforms to support training capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training, assist in process documentation and manage projects.
• Ability to conduct research and collaborate with subject matter experts to interpret data.
• Ability to write clear, concise explanations and engaging course content for professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the training delivery for external clients across multiple product offerings.
• Facilitate virtual instructor-led training sessions.
• Assist in creation of new products or offerings to generate training revenue.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of course materials.
