Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides first-level support to the training community in assigned programs.
• Performs a wide range of administrative and analytical duties to improve work operations.
• Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) in developing new approaches, methodologies, and process improvement.
• Develops procedures and methods on management functions: planning, staffing, productivity, and information management.
• Plans, schedules and conducts analyses/studies of proposed program plans and resource needs.
• Advises management on planning and resource utilization issues to improve efficiency.
• Leads or performs analyses of critical programs and develops baseline performance measurements.
• Prepares long-range (5 year) and short-range planning guidance and staffing/funding guidance.
