Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Training Lead to design and deliver ILT and CBT materials for NET programs. You will collaborate with SMEs to define objectives and produce structured design documents for NET initiatives.

The role develops the NET training plan, oversees development of course materials, and provides initial and ongoing operator training. On-site locations will be coordinated with the ATEC SO, with travel up to 25% and flexible on-site support.

Qualifications

• The Instructional Designer develops tailored ILT and CBT training materials by analyzing OEM content with SMEs, creating learning objectives, and producing structured design documents for NET programs.
• Training Lead develops the NET training plan and supervises development of course training materials.
• Develops and assesses initial training for operators and provides ongoing training and support as needed.
• Coordinates with the ATEC SO to provide on-site training locations and supplies for NET.
