PrizePicks is seeking a detail‑driven Game Operations Analyst to lead resource planning for trading sports and key events. You’ll design end‑to‑end projection processes, surface data to improve workflows, and manage weekly Game Operations staffing. Expect strong math/analytical skills and DFS knowledge, plus weekend/night availability. Although Atlanta is preferred, remote candidates across the U.S. will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize resource planning for Trading sports and key events.
• Design end-to-end processes to originate projections from research through trading.
• Incorporate and surface data to improve and optimize processes.
• Schedule and manage Game Operations team resources weekly.
• Provide training and coaching to Game Operations staff.
• Maintain and monitor accurate projections across markets and times.
• Manage risk and projections using modeling and analysis.
• Understand play patterns and adjust projections accordingly.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies and best practices.
• Apply Game Operations skills to other sports as needed.
• Assist with reporting requirements.
