Job summary

CommScope Inc. is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to support end-to-end export compliance across North America, including USMCA administration, export controls, classification, and audit readiness.

The role collaborates with global teams to ensure regulatory accuracy, maintain shipment flow, and provide documentation support for internal stakeholders. Candidates should have strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field preferred and 2+ years of experience in trade compliance or export operations or 5+ years’ experience in trade compliance or export operations.
• Knowledge of USMCA, EAR, ECCN, TAA, HTS, Country of Origin determination and trade compliance regulations.
• Experience with SAP GTS/ECS or similar systems is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure USMCA compliance and re-validations.
• Handle export controls screening, ECCN/HTS classifications, and holds.
• Run ACE reports and assist with data validation and audits.
• Govern GTS/ECS processes; review shipments and cleanup logs.
• Support annual DPS for conflict minerals and audit documentation.
