Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $47.00/hr

Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
*100% remote*

Overview

The Dietitian will assess the nutritional needs, dietary restrictions, and current health plans for the facility's residents to develop and implement dietary care plans and provide nutritional counseling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Must have worked with TPN patients
• Responsible for intake of new patients
• Patients being discharged from hospital
• Referrals from doctors' offices
• Review documentation and labs for proper TPN setup
• Review labs to identify necessary changes to patient orders
• Collaborate with the clinical team on care plan adjustments and formulas

Qualifications

• Must have worked with TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition)
• Registered Dietitian with a valid license/certification in the current state
• At least two years of experience with enteral and parenteral nutrition as a nutrition support professional
