Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP is seeking a Toxic Tort and Product Liability Litigation Associate to join our respected firm in Los Angeles. You will handle complex matters from inception to resolution, including strategy, research, pleadings, discovery, motions, mediations, and potential trial.

Remote/hybrid options are available, with Southern California residency preferred. You will collaborate with a seasoned team, benefit from mentorship by partners, and develop a broad civil litigation

Qualifications

• 1+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm.
• Toxic tort and product liability experience a bonus.
• Strong research, drafting pleadings, and discovery skills.
• Excellent client communication and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex toxic tort and product liability matters from start to finish.
• Develop legal strategy, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery.
• Argue motions, attend mediations, and participate in trials.
• Interface with clients and opposing counsel to advance cases.
