Capgemini is seeking an experienced Tosca Automation Engineer to join our Quality Engineering & Testing team in Irving, TX, with a remote-first approach. You will design, develop, and maintain automated Tosca tests for SAP integrations, driving end-to-end validation across enterprise applications.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business analysts and developers, strong troubleshooting, and scalable automation practices.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Software Testing.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing automated test solutions using Tricentis Tosca.
Experience testing SAP applications with OTC/RTR/Plan-to-Stock domains.
Strong knowledge of integration testing methodologies and end-to-end validation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated Tosca tests for functional, regression, and integration testing.
Create reusable automation modules, libraries, and data-driven test assets.
Automate critical business workflows and end-to-end test scenarios.
Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and troubleshoot failures with root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and developers to validate SAP integrations.
Support defect tracking and lifecycle management; ensure timely resolution.
Maintain test documentation, traceability matrices, and automation best practices.
