The Solution Architect will lead functional consulting for Blue Yonder Transportation Management implementations for Fortune 500 customers across the Americas, traveling 50-75% within

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Blue Yonder Transportation Management Systems (customer or consultant).
• Experience with other leading Transportation Management Solutions (IBM, Oracle OTM, SAP, Manhattan, E2Open, o9) is a plus.
• Experience in a customer-facing role gathering requirements and designing software solutions.
• Experience in a management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder TMS solutions for customers.
• Lead solution design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timelines.
• Conduct and guide system integration, UAT and deployment phases for a seamless transition to steady state.
• Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements for time-to-value and customer satisfaction.
• Assess non-standard needs, integration, architecture constraints, and product roadmaps.
• Recognize incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects and communicate business cases to PMG and PD.
• When not on projects, assist our support services group with cases.
