Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking Solution Architects and Sr Solution Architects to join the Professional Services team, driving value from Transportation Management solutions for Fortune 500 customers across the Americas. The role leads design, configuration, integrations, and deployment, partnering with customers and project teams to deliver best-in-class TMS solutions while balancing scope, timeline, and value.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in TMS, strong business analysis, and travel within the US,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with Blue Yonder Transportation Management Systems or as a consultant implementing Blue Yonder solutions.
Experience with other leading Transportation Management Solutions (IBM, Oracle OTM, SAP, Manhattan, E2Open, o9 Solutions).
Customer-facing experience leading requirements gathering and solution persuasion.
Experience in a management consulting context or Supply Chain Center preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder TMS solutions for customers.
Lead solution design and ensure clear construct, validation tasks, and timelines.
Guide system integration, UAT, and deployment phases for seamless transitions.
Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure value delivery.
Identify incremental revenue opportunities and communicate needs for product enhancements.
Support the services group with case work when not implementing projects.
