Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in Financial Aid processes.
• Ability to apply Federal, State, and internal regulations to the review of student Financial Aid Files.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of student information.

Responsibilities

• Run reports to identify files ready for review and payment.
• Review packaging documentation to verify required documents are present and meet ED standards.
• Coordinate with campus FA staff to obtain additional documentation as needed.
• Review and approve Professional Judgements.
• Originate and modify Pell Grant and Stafford Loans in the Ed Express system.
• Review ISIRs and Pell overpayments; participate in audits for compliance.
