Responsibilities

• Perform title examination and chain of title for residential orders.
• Abstract and analyze mortgage, lien, and other records to determine ownership and verify descriptions.
• Resolve missing or conflicting information in title documents.
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation.
• Prepare and review title-related reports for accuracy.
• Provide underwriting interpretation within guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
