Tempus is seeking a TIME Operations Manager to oversee study start-up and execution within our clinical trials network. You will maintain collaborations with pharmaceutical partners and CROs, drive on-time deliverables, and ensure quality across sites from start-up to closure.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of complex trial experience, with strong FDA/GCP knowledge. Remote work from Illinois with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with complex clinical trials in site, sponsor, or CRO settings.
• In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations, GCP, site start-up, trial budgets, IRB submission, and pharma operations.
• Strong collaboration, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand collaborations with pharmaceutical partners/CROs for rapid study start-up.
• Oversee delivery execution for a subset of pharma clients with focus on quality and timelines.
• Manage daily study activities from start-up through closure ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.
• Leverage clinical trial development knowledge to prep trials for Tempus network sites.
• Collaborate with site operations, medical affairs, pathology, bioinformatics and data science to deliver key results.
