Job summary

Structure Craft is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead timber construction projects across the East Coast US. This remote role interfaces with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑quality wood structures safely, on time, and on budget.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of construction project management, a bachelor’s degree in building science or construction management, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in building science, construction management, or engineering.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead timber construction projects from award to completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and value tracking.
• Coordinate resources and ensure contract compliance.
• Prepare RFQs, bids, POs, and subcontracts.
• Provide onsite construction support and progress reporting.
• Lead project team and manage client communications.
