Job summary

Cofense is seeking a Manager of Intelligence Analysis in the United States to lead the daily operations of the Cofense Intelligence analyst team. You will set priorities, define success metrics, and ensure all reporting meets strict tradecraft standards.

You will mentor analysts, collaborate with product leadership and engineering, and represent Cofense Intelligence in customer briefings and working groups. This role emphasizes strong leadership and in-depth threat analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in information security or cyber threat intelligence.
• 3+ years of experience in information security management.
• Experience with intelligence tradecraft.
• Degree in computer science or related discipline preferred.
• Experience with intelligence reporting process including evidence gathering and presentation preferred.
• Experience in computer forensics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of threat intelligence analysts in daily operations.
• Ensure high-quality threat intelligence reporting meeting tradecraft standards.
• Advise stakeholders on phishing threat landscape based on findings.
• Develop and maintain processes for consistent intelligence reporting delivery.
• Collaborate with product leadership, engineering, and marketing to maximize value for customers.
• Provide mentorship and professional development for the team.
• Represent findings in customer briefings, webinars, and live presentations.
• Represent Cofense Intelligence in relevant working groups.
• Assist with malware analysis when needed.
• Perform final editorial and tradecraft review on all written reports.
