The Opportunity: Total Life is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC in Oregon to provide virtual individual and group therapy. Candidates should have experience working with clients facing anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, life transitions, and medication/pain management. This is a remote position with growth opportunities and additional income potential.

Your Role:

• Provide virtual individual and group therapy
• Utilize psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches to improve outcomes

Requirements:

• Valid Oregon license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC)
• Minimum two years of post-licensure clinical experience with CBT, DBT, and solution-focused approaches
• Proof of professional liability insurance (minimum $1,000,000 claim limit)
• Active NPI number
• Availability of at least 10 hours/week
• Comfort with teletherapy and technology
• Existing Medicare credentialing is a plus
• CAQH credentialing is a plus
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
