Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual therapy practice serving older adults. We handle caseloads and admin so you can focus on clinic work, from home, with flexible schedules.

We seek licensed clinicians (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC) in Connecticut to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, create tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive care team using AI documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in CT (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC).
• Experience with telehealth platforms and geriatrics is a plus.
• Medicare/Medicaid billing knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in virtual settings.

The Position

Location: Fully remote | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting

• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team

• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools

• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Qualifications
