Rula is expanding its licensed provider network in Washington, offering 1099 contractor roles with complete schedule autonomy. Providers handle sessions while Rula handles insurance, billing, and admin support, enabling clinicians to focus on client care.

LMHCs (or LMFT/LICSW) licensed in WA can join and receive guaranteed biweekly payments, with no minimum caseloads and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Join a network of licensed clinicians delivering behavioral health care.
• Provide LMHC sessions at $80 per hourly session (53 minutes).
• Coordinate with admin to ensure billing, EHR and claims are handled by Rula.
