Job summary

Rula in Washington state is expanding its network of licensed clinicians to deliver telehealth behavioral health care to individuals, couples, and families. Therapists work as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC licenses with a WA license and an active NPI are required, along with ability to provide telehealth. In-person session bonuses apply for in-office slots, and comprehensive admin support is provided by Rula.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Must be able to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth behavioral health sessions to clients.
• Maintain session notes and compliance with billing and EHR processes handled by Rula.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and credentialing support.
