Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We hire 1099 contractors who set their own schedules and focus on delivering high-quality behavioral health care to clients through telehealth and in-person sessions.

Providers receive tech and admin support from Rula and are paid per 53-minute LMHC session. Licensed clinicians must hold WA licensure, a valid NPI, and be able to provide telehealth.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC and hold a valid NPI.
• Licensed in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth.
• Provider is a 1099 contractor with schedule autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver LMHC therapy sessions (53-min) via telehealth or in-person as arranged.
• Complete session notes and utilize EHR; billing and claims handled by Rula.
• Maintain professional standards and participate in ongoing professional development.
