Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health clinicians in Washington. Providers join as 1099 contractors with scheduling autonomy and no minimum caseload, while Rula handles insurance enrollment, billing, and administrative tasks.

Licensure in WA (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) and a valid NPI are required. Telehealth capability is essential. Providers decide their own availability and receive referrals and support from Rula.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) via telehealth.
• Maintain clinical notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Manage session scheduling and ensure timely note completion.
• Collaborate with administrative team for billing and claims support.
