You’re a compassionate therapist eager to make a difference, valuing patient time over paperwork, and seeking a collaborative environment with support from coaches and supervisors. You aim to help participants develop actionable skills and healthy habits through evidence-based protocols.

Key Details
  • 1099 Contract Opportunity
  • Manage a caseload of at least 10 participants
  • Work 10+ hours weekly within 9am-8pm local time, flexible schedule once set
  • Compensation: $40-$60 per session hour, dependent on state

Note: Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted, but you must be licensed in New Jersey.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver remote, evidence-based short-term care
  • Monitor progress, communicate with participants, document notes
  • Assist participants with resources, consent, and authorization
  • Respond to high-risk situations following protocols
  • Participate in team meetings and training
  • Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA standards
Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted LCSW or LPC license in New Jersey
  • Availability for 10+ hours/week, consistent schedule
  • Eligibility or ability to enroll as a Medicare provider
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy
  • Interest in obtaining multi-state licensure
  • Passion for behavioral health impact
Additional Details

Hourly range: $28.61 to $56.06, based on full-time employment, location, experience, and certifications.
