Job Title: Remote Psychotherapist (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW)

Location: Remote, must reside in the U.S. but licensed in California

About the Role: We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and licensed mental health clinicians to join our growing remote therapy team. Whether you are newly licensed or an experienced provider, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, client-focused environment with a guaranteed caseload and flexible scheduling.

Pay: $55.00 - $62.00/hr (DOE)

Candidate Qualifications:

• Hold one of the following licenses in the state of CA: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and/or Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Open to newly licensed clinicians
• Must have a reliable computer with a webcam and a HIPAA-compliant private workspace (closed-door setting)
• Ability to provide a minimum of 30 hours of weekly availability

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Patient Load: approximately 5 or more patients per day, with 1 hour of admin time each day
• Initial diagnostic session followed by 1-hour psychotherapy sessions
• Sessions are structured as follows:
• 45 minutes with patient, followed by 15 minutes for documentation
• $25 reimbursement for client cancellations within 24 hours (cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice will be replaced with a new client)
