Ellie Greenville seeks therapists to join a growing private practice team focused on providing high-quality mental health care. You will manage an average caseload, perform diagnostic assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans while receiving administrative and billing support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Current SC clinical licensure or active pursuit of independent licensure.
• LPC, LMFT, LISW/LCSW or equivalent licensure required.
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain appropriate clinical boundaries.
• Proficiency with technology and EHR systems.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an average caseload of approximately 50 clients.
• Complete a minimum of 25 billable clinical hours per week.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluate mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing care.
• Complete clinical documentation according to requirements.
• Use creative and evidence-based interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships and provide exceptional care.
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers when appropriate.
• Participate in consultation, staff meetings, trainings, and team activities.
• Contribute to a culture of humor, authenticity, acceptance, and connection.
