Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI provided.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions.

• Coordinate with billing/claims and support staff as needed.
