You want to help participants focus on actionable skills and build healthy, lifelong habits through structured, evidence-based protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of a minimum of 10 participants in treatment.
  • Deliver remote care through short-term, evidence-based programs.
  • Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications, care coordination, and document session notes.
  • Assist participants with accessing resources, obtaining consent, and authorization forms.
  • Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters following company protocols.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings with supervisors, monthly team meetings, and Town Halls.
  • Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and complete annual training requirements.
Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in Oregon: LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for at least 10 hours/week within 9 am–8 pm local time.
  • Eligibility to be enrolled as a Medicare provider or ability to terminate opt-out prior to starting.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with psychotherapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused approaches.
  • Interest in obtaining licensure in additional states.
  • Passion for impacting lives and advancing behavioral care.

The hourly rate ranges from $28.61 to $56.06, depending on factors like location, experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentives, and opportunities for professional growth.
