Remote Therapist - Contractor - LCSWC or LCPC - Maryland Licensed

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team remotely in Maryland. This contractor position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health care.

Position Details

• Manage a caseload of at least 10 participants
• Provide 10 hours of therapy per week within 9am-8pm local time, with a consistent schedule
• Compensation: $40-$60 per session hour, dependent on state of residence

Responsibilities

• Deliver outcome-based, short-term remote care programs (8 to 20 sessions)
• Monitor participant progress and document sessions
• Assist participants with accessing resources and obtaining necessary consents
• Respond to high-risk situations following protocols
• Participate in team meetings and trainings

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Maryland clinical license (LCSW-C, LCPC, or equivalent)
• Ability to work a consistent 10+ hours/week schedule
• Eligible or able to enroll as a Medicare provider

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapies
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states

Additional Information
