We seek a compassionate therapist who shares our vision to transform behavioral health care. You’ll spend more time with patients than paperwork, work in a collaborative environment with support from coaches and supervisors, and focus on actionable skills and building lifelong healthy habits through evidence-based protocols.

• 1099 Contract positions available
• Manage a caseload of at least 10 participants
• Work 10 hours per week within 9 am-8 pm local time, with flexible scheduling that must remain consistent once set
• Compensation: $40-$60 per session hour, depending on state of residence

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., but you must be licensed in Georgia.

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, outcome-based, short-term treatment programs (8-20 sessions)
• Monitor progress, communicate follow-up, and document session notes
• Assist participants with accessing resources, obtaining consent, and authorization forms
• Respond to high-risk situations following company protocols
• Participate in meetings with supervisors, team, and Town Halls
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and complete annual training

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia license (LCSW, LPC, Mental Health Counselor, or equivalent)
• Availability for 10+ hours/week on a consistent schedule
• Eligibility to enroll or opt-out of Medicare as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy
• Willingness to obtain licensure in other states
• Passion for impacting lives and advancing behavioral care
