You are a compassionate therapist sharing our ambitious goal to transform behavioral health care. You want to make a difference, spend more time with patients than paperwork, and thrive in a collaborative environment with support from coaches and supervisors. You focus on helping participants develop actionable skills and build healthy, lifelong habits through evidence-based protocols.

*1099 Contracts Available!

  • Manage a caseload of at least 10 participants in treatment
  • Work 10 hours per week within 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time, with flexible scheduling that must be consistent once chosen. Hours can be completed during weekdays or weekends.
  • Compensation ranges from $40 to $60 per session hour, depending on state of residence.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver remote care through short-term, evidence-based programs
  • Monitor participant progress, communicate follow-ups, coordinate care, and document sessions
  • Assist participants with resource access, consent, and authorization forms as part of the care team
  • Respond to high-risk situations following company protocols
  • Participate in scheduled meetings, team meetings, and Town Halls
  • Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA policies and complete annual training

You will be supported in a performance-driven environment that promotes growth and development in your role.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted clinical license in Oregon (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
  • Availability for at least 10 hours/week on a consistent schedule
  • Eligibility to enroll in Medicare or ability to opt-out prior to starting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with psychotherapy approaches like CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy
  • Interest in licensure in other states
  • Passion for impacting lives and advancing behavioral care

The hourly pay range is $28.61 to $56.06, based on full-time equivalency, local labor markets, experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions. Benefits vary by eligibility.
