Position Overview: As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care Team, you will provide remote, outcome-based, short-term treatment programs, managing a caseload of at least 10 participants, with flexible scheduling within our operational hours.

• Deliver care through programs lasting 8-20 sessions.
• Monitor progress, document sessions, and coordinate care.
• Assist participants with accessing resources and obtaining necessary consents.
• Respond to high-risk situations following protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).
• Availability for at least 10 hours/week, with a consistent schedule.
• Eligible or able to enroll as a Medicare provider.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.
• Willing to obtain licensure in other states.
• Passionate about impact and behavioral health innovation.

Compensation: $40-$60 per session hour, based on state and experience. Flexible remote work within the U.S., Pennsylvania license required.
