Varsity Tutors is expanding its Live Learning Platform with Texas-certified teachers for remote online tutoring. You’ll leverage classroom expertise to teach K-12 concepts, schedule your availability, and earn competitive $/hour rates.

Earn up to $40/hour with incremental pay per session, get paid biweekly, and tutor remotely using our platform. We match you with students and provide AI-assisted tools to support instruction.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Texas teaching certificate.
• Deep knowledge of TEKS standards and K-12 curriculum.
• Experience teaching in a Texas classroom.
• Ability to diagnose student gaps and tailor instruction.
• Strong communication and engaging teaching style.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions with students.
• Offer on-demand tutoring when available.
• Align instruction with TEKS standards and student goals.
