Qualifications

• BS/BA and 3+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in SQL queries and writing test plans/cases required.
• Pharmacy Technician License or National Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and maintain testing scenarios, use cases, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate configuration accuracy for client implementations.
• Execute testing scenarios and analyze adjudication outcomes to identify discrepancies and improve performance.
• Support and mentor team members in test plans and validation strategies.
• Validate adjudication configurations and assist in promoting changes from test to production.
