Ellit Groups is seeking an experienced Testing Lead for a remote role focused on healthcare IT. Lead testing across projects, define standards, coordinate resources, and ensure systems meet business and quality requirements.

Epic or EHR experience is strongly preferred and you will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to drive quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has enterprise testing leadership experience in healthcare settings, strong QA knowledge, and excellent communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience leading testing or quality assurance for complex technology projects.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Experience coordinating testing across business, technical, and operational teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of testing across projects.
• Develop test strategies, plans, scripts, scenarios, and docs.
• Define testing scope, objectives, timelines, resources, success criteria.
• Coordinate functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate requirements and outcomes.
• Provide testing SME guidance and QA best practices.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, report risks and issues.
• Manage defect identification, triage, retesting, and resolution.
• Facilitate defect reviews and status meetings.
• Ensure testing governance and documentation standards.
• Support test environments, data prep, and cross-system coordination.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and tools.
