Great Expectations College Prep, LLC is seeking an experienced Test Prep Tutor specializing in SAT/ACT and Spanish to support students remotely from Los Angeles, CA. The role is part-time and involves working with a diverse client base in a fast-paced environment.

The tutor will collaborate with the team, deliver targeted lessons, and help students prepare for standardized tests while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAT/ACT tutoring and Spanish tutoring.
• Proven ability to design and adjust lesson plans.
• Strong communication with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized SAT/ACT instruction based on each student’s strengths and timeline.
• Teach test-taking strategies, pacing, and time-management techniques.
• Review diagnostics and practice tests to create targeted lessons.
• Assign practice work and track student progress toward goals.
• Maintain session notes and communicate progress to families.
• Collaborate with tutors and staff on student testing plans.
• Stay updated on SAT/ACT changes and policies.
