Responsibilities

• Own data integrity across Newmark's Conflict Resolution stores so Bellevue numbers never lie.
• Keep Conflict Resolution schemas backward-compatible so Newmark never forces a breaking upgrade.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using Cucumber.
• Ship Cucumber experiments fast, kill the losers, and double down on what sticks.
• Drive adoption of best practices in testing, security, and observability.
• Own the warm-yet-rigorous Cypress subsystem that the rest of Newmark quietly depends on.
• Resurrect flaky Cypress tests until the Bellevue, NE suite is trustworthy again.
• Translate Cypress metrics into the one chart Newmark leadership checks each morning.
