Job summary

Reflexive Concepts is seeking an Automated Test Engineer in Maryland to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of a mission-critical reporting system. You will design and maintain automated UI and API test suites using Cypress, collaborating with a cross-functional Agile team.

The role emphasizes integration of tests into CI/CD (GitLab CI/CD) and active participation in sprint ceremonies to ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features and bug fixes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, writing, and maintaining automated tests with Cypress.
• Experience testing modern web apps, RESTful microservices, and APIs.
• Strong QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence; Agile teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and API tests using Cypress.
• Execute tests, analyze results, report defects, and track metrics.
