Job summary

European Dynamics Group is seeking a Test Automation Engineer fluent in English to join remotely (EU). You will collaborate with the Development team and major client IT teams to design, implement, and drive robust test automation across UI, backend, and data layers.

You will mentor peers, define scalable automation frameworks, and lead PoCs to promote best practices in test automation within an international environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in testing automation patterns and frameworks (UI, backend, data driven).
• Experience with Java, Java/TypeScript, or Python; familiarity with Tosca, Playwright, Selenium, Appium.
• Experience creating and maintaining test automation frameworks and suites.
• Experience embedding automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and using results as quality gates.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Define test automation approaches and patterns for products.
• Create test automation frameworks and maintainable test suites.
• Create and review test cases and automation suites to increase coverage.
• Mentor test engineers in using automation frameworks.
• Drive PoCs and adoption of automation frameworks and patterns.
