What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the Distribution/Channel Partner network in the assigned territory, serving as the primary contact for distributors and sales teams
- Cultivate customer relationships and train distribution personnel on ARO products and services
- Administer reseller agreements and ensure compliance with MAP policies
- Establish performance benchmarks for product lines to drive sales outcomes
- Identify underserved areas and develop business plans for expanded coverage

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or business preferred; or equivalent technical sales experience
- Proficient in Positive Displacement pump applications and technical pump sales
- Demonstrated expertise in Air-Operated Diaphragm Pumps, Piston Pumps, and Peristaltic/Hose pumps
- Familiarity with commercial aspects like payment terms and contract conditions review
- In-depth knowledge of pumps, auxiliary components, construction, hydraulics, and product applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments related to pump applications
- Strong technical knowledge of the industrial and process markets served by ARO products
