Job summary

America’s Preferred Home Warranty, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Western North Carolina. This full-time role is home-based with daily travel within the defined territory and requires meeting clients in the real estate and business community.

You will develop long-term relationships, track daily activities, and work a 8AM-5PM schedule. Base salary is $50,000 annually with bonus and uncapped commission; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify and meet sales goals.
• Outstanding communication and consultative skills.
• Open to utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Comfortable with group presentations and public speaking.
