CITGO Petroleum Corporation seeks an Operations professional to operate the terminal and back-up management, ensuring safe, environmentally sound, and cost-efficient terminal operations that support customers and CITGO’s mission.

You will assist the terminal manager, plan and perform work, and help manage budgets, with responsibilities spanning safety, environmental compliance, asset management, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2 years of experience.
• Office PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Safety and Environmental Management: conduct daily terminal inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Terminal Operations: oversee receipt/delivery of petroleum products and manage 24/7 operations.
• Budget Preparation and Control: evaluate current costs and project future expenses.
• Reporting: track terminal activities and communicate with stakeholders.
• Quality Control: ensure product specs via sampling and testing; manage tank conversions.
• Customer Relations and Community Image: maintain service levels and company image.
• Asset Management: track inventories and coordinate product movements; oversee maintenance.
• Emergency Preparedness and Response: plan drills and training.
