This position serves as the initial point of contact for students, prospective students, families, and alumni, providing assistance through the WVU Hub, which connects to financial aid, scholarships, student employment, registrar, admissions, and student accounts and revenue services. The role involves helping, counseling, and resolving complex customer questions and issues using listening, fact gathering, decision-making, and analytical skills in a courteous manner as part of a cross-functional team. It may also support processing functions in home offices. This position is crucial for student recruitment and retention, acting as the main contact for questions regarding the entire matriculation process. The individual must operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, providing accurate information professionally and swiftly using various tools, including NSLDS, COD, FAA, WV FAMS, and Parent Portal. This role is remote (work from home).

Length of Assignment: 8.5 Months
