Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide teletherapy services in a Winters, Texas educational setting. The role requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active SLP license, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active SLP license.
Minimum 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience.
CCC in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
Experience providing teletherapy in school settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage caseloads per educational policies.

Responsibilities

Conduct teletherapy sessions with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with state and federal regulations.
Collaborate with educators and families to monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of therapy sessions and outcomes.
Utilize telepractice technology effectively to engage students and maximize therapeutic impact.
