Job summary

Legion Health is seeking licensed psychiatrists to deliver high-quality telepsychiatry care from anywhere in the United States. Both full-time and part-time roles are available with substantial clinical autonomy and strong operational support.

Providers will manage patient care remotely, benefiting from comprehensive credentialing, scheduled patient flow, and access to premium AI tools and an advanced EHR system. Compensation is competitive with weekly payments and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
