Legion Health is recruiting licensed psychiatrists for fully remote roles across the United States, with flexible full- or part-time schedules. You will deliver evidence-based psychiatric care via telehealth, enjoying strong clinical autonomy, robust administrative support, and collaborative peer networks.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience delivering remote psychiatric care via telehealth.
• Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently with clinical autonomy and collaborate with peers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
