Legion Health is recruiting psychiatrists (MD or DO) for fully remote telepsychiatry across the United States. Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy, while benefiting from administrative and credentialing support, advanced tools, and access to premium resources.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, malpractice insurance, and strong patient acquisition support. Full-time and part-time roles are available with compensation in the $300K–$500K range, based on patient-care

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience delivering care remotely using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, medical history, diagnosis, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and use evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Utilize technology and systems to deliver reliable telehealth care.
